Crane secondary resistor using a unique steel plate grid resistor, compatible with various speed control.
The resistor is connected to the secondary side of the motor (rotor side), and the magnitude of the resistance is adjusted by the controller to perform speed control. The standard type is open-type and uses a unique steel grid resistor. The external connection terminals are arranged on one side for ease of maintenance and inspection. The general control type is designed for the starting torque of the applicable crane motor at approximately 100%, with a usage rate of 33% (in the case of a motor usage rate of 40% ED). The CF control type, IB control type, DY control type (dynamic brake control), and VC control type are designed to suitable values for their respective speed controls. In addition, we can manufacture special motors and special applications upon request.
